I declare, under my liability to be in possession of a medical certificate of fitness for competitive sports, to be of healthy and robust physical constitution, without any contraindications to sports practice. I also declare that I have not had medical indications that prevent or make it inadvisable or set limits to any physical and sports practice in general. I also declare to exempt the amateur sports association OUTDOOR 360, based in via Cadlolo n.142 in Rome, and all its managers and representatives from any and all liability, whether civil or criminal, or otherwise, regarding the exercise of motor and sport activity, both practiced during the World Snowkite Contest 2023 - Alto Sangro - Italy and IkaSnowkite World Cup 2023 races, and during training;

I declare, under my liability to be in possession of a valid liability insurance for snowkiting own;

I declare, under my liability to be in physical conditions suitable for the task;

I declare, under my liability not to have been made and not to take within 48 hours of drug activity and / orpsychotropic, not to be under the influence of drugs, had not exceeded in the consumption of beveragesalcohol and food;

I declare, under my liability to be aware of the risks, predictable and unpredictable, related to the practice of the snowkiting;

I declare, under my liability to hire me as of now any responsibility regarding my person, for personal injury and / or caused to others (and / or things) because of my behavior does not conform to standards;

I declare, under my liability for me and for my heirs and / or assigns, to lift the ASD OUTDOOR 360, its employees and / or employees, and their heirs and / or assigns from any liability for injury, death and / or any damage (also caused by a third party), may derive my person during and because of the activity at the Association;

I declare, under my liability to be able to adapt the Kite to weather conditions to navigate safely. I am aware that wearing a helmet is mandatory during the competition. I declare that my equipment has a quick release system working to disconnect the pilot from the kite and that I have the appropriate technical preparation to pilot the Kite in the mountains;

I declare, under my liability I have carefully read and assessed the content of this document and that I understand clearly the meaning of each point before signing. I understand and fully agree with the purposes of these rules established for my safety and who does not respect them can put both me and other riders in a dangerous situation;

I agree that competitors take part in all races at their own risk. The Outdoor 360 A.s.d. or any of their officials or representatives or the sponsors or their officials or representatives are not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage, loss or injury either ashore neither to persons or equipment, which may result. Participation at this event, at the supporting events and in each race is at the entire discretion of the rider and at his/her own risk.  

Insurance: Each participant must have a valid liability insurance for snowkiting own.

Pictures: All pictures and videos during the event can be used unlimited by Outdoor 360 A.s.d. or any of their officials or representatives or the sponsors or their officials or representatives.

I accept the all Terms and Conditions of Participation and I declare to have read, to have understood and to have accepted the rules of World Snowkite Contest 2023 - Alto Sangro - Italy and Ika Snowkite World Cup 2023 and I commit myself to partecipate at the rider’s meeting every morning.

AGREE pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 7 and ss. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, with the signing of this form, to the processing of personal data in the manner and within the limits set out in the attached information including those considered as particular categories of data.
